Star Homes is looking for an individual to join our organization as Sales Manager.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating sales through the hiring, motivation and leadership of the Star Homes sales team.
Candidates should be able to:
- Maintain and improve sales and distribution, develop sales forecasts, plans and budgets for Star Homes.
- Plan and coordinate sales program for maximum sales volume and profitability.
- Hire, train, and develop New Home Coordinators.
- Provide leadership, coaching and supervision of regional New Home Coordinators.
- Set sales objectives and evaluate sales team performance, monitor and support individual business plans.
- Conduct sales staff meetings for long and short-range sales planning and coaching.
- Conduct competitive market analysis.
- Work in concert with the marketing department.
- Ensure conformance of all Star Homes standards, policies and procedures.
Successful candidates should have experience in new home construction and be familiar with the home building process.
